Flora Food Group is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Invoice Processing to join our Global Business Services Finance team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing across global entities, supporting the integrity and efficiency of the Accounts Payable function within a high-volume shared services environment.
Role Summary
As a Senior Analyst – Invoice Processing, you will manage end-to-end invoice processing activities across multiple countries, ensuring accurate SAP postings, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to SLAs. You will handle both PO and Non-PO invoices, manage exceptions, resolve vendor and internal queries, and ensure smooth invoice lifecycle management.
Working in SAP S/4HANA and supporting tools like workflow systems and ticketing platforms, you will collaborate closely with Procurement, Vendors, Payments, and Finance teams to ensure seamless invoice processing and timely resolution of discrepancies. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence within Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end invoices including PO and Non-PO invoices, ensuring accurate SAP posting and compliance with policies.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching, invoice validation, manual postings, and advance payment processing.
- Manage invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, and priority queries through ticketing tools (e.g., SNOW).
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOX controls, audit requirements, and country-specific tax/VAT regulations.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Vendors, AP, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Support invoice lifecycle tracking and ensure accuracy across high-volume transactions.
- Contribute to process standardization, efficiency improvements, and continuous service enhancement initiatives.
So, What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role?
- Strong AP Invoice Processing Expertise – Hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including PO/Non-PO invoices, 2-way/3-way matching, invoice validation, manual postings, advance payments, and VAT/tax handling.
- SAP & System Knowledge – Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA (FI & MM), workflow tools such as VIM, and exposure to high-volume, multi-country invoice processing environments.
- Exception & Query Management – Proven ability to handle invoice blocks, discrepancies, and priority tickets through tools like SNOW, ensuring timely resolution aligned to payment cycles.
- Stakeholder Management Skills – Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors, Procurement, Finance, and internal AP teams.
- Operational Excellence Mindset – Detail-oriented, process-driven professional with strong ownership, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced shared services environment.
