To assist RH-FI (Africa & Levant region) and RM's in preparing MIS, Business Plans, and resolving the operational matters. To strengthen the relationship with the client banks in order to assist RH in achieving financial and non-financial goals for the assigned countries.Manage cross-border limits/exposures for the assigned countries / financial institutions.Assist RH in generating both risk and non-risk business as per agreed budget by marketing of FI products, through a highly professional and focused approach and as per defined marketing plan/strategy. To act as a back-up for the RM/SRM in their absence.

  • Establish, strengthen and enhance relationship with the key trade, cash and compliance staff of banks at branch & Head office level.
  • Manage client's profile (AML/KYC/CDD), account set-up, monitoring and pricing.
  • Ensure adherence to all Audit, Compliance and Operations policies.
  • Support RM/SRM/RH efforts in aggressive marketing to meet annualized targets (set-up of Blue and Red Bank/introduction to new FIs).
  • Support collection efforts to collect commission charges/revenue from client banks.
  • Ensure all client complaints/ enquiries are closed within TAT and adequate escalation made to Senior Manager in case of unresolved cases.
  • Coordinate with Operation, Risk & TCM in resolving the Clients business related needs.
  • Ensure delivery of quality Account services in liaison with the operations and customer service staff.
  • Performance of tasks with minimal supervision of RH and consulting RM/SRM/RH on decision making/approvals.
  • Active involvement in preparation of marketing and business plan/strategy.
  • Secure Legal clearance on contracts/agreements entered into with client banks.
  • Act as back-up of RM/SRM.
  • Assist MD - FI O&CS in preparing MIS
  • Explore and highlight business opportunities
  • Assist the Relationship Management team in maintaining and developing both existing and target relationships
  • Good knowledge of FI & TCM Products & Services, Fair Knowledge of Trade Finance and Cash management.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good credit and marketing background.
  • University graduate with minimum 5 years' experience in FI business.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills.
