Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver quality solutions and support project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application solutions based on business requirements
• Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
• Prepare implementation plans and provide post-implementation support
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with quality outcomes
• Maintain project documentation in accordance with established standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project and system enhancement initiatives
• Escalate project risks and issues, and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of application development experience
• Strong knowledge of COBOL and AS400 / OS400
• Experience with SQL and system support activities
• Knowledge of RPG, Java, Linux, or related technologies will be an advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
