We\n are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join\n our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead architectural projects\n from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, innovation,\n and adherence to client requirements. You will collaborate closely\n with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to create\n impactful and sustainable architectural solutions.

<\/span><\/p>- Project Leadership:<\/b> <\/span>Oversee the entire\n project lifecycle, including conceptual design, design development,\n documentation, and construction administration.
<\/li>- Design Excellence:<\/b> <\/span>Develop innovative\n architectural designs that meet functional, aesthetic, and\n sustainable criteria.
<\/li>- Client Engagement:<\/b> <\/span>Build and\n maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their\n needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the\n project.
<\/li>- Team Collaboration:<\/b> <\/span>Work closely with\n engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project\n execution.
<\/li>- Mentorship:<\/b> <\/span>Provide guidance and\n support to junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of\n learning and collaboration.
<\/li>- Quality\n Control:<\/b> <\/span>Review and ensure the\n quality and accuracy of design documents, ensuring compliance\n with relevant codes and standards.

Requirements<\/h3>
- Bachelor's\n or Master\u2019s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. (No\n Civil Engineers Please)
<\/li> - A\n minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design\n and project management.
<\/li> - Strong\n proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
<\/li> - Proven\n track record of leading complex architectural projects and delivering\n them on time and within budget.
<\/li> - Excellent\n communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
<\/li> - Registered\n Architect with COA.
<\/li> - Strong\n knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
