Senior Architectural Associate

Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create designs using 3D modeling software.
• Collaborate with project teams and document discussions with clients, users, project managers, and authorities.
• Assist architects with feasibility studies, site assessments, and design preparation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and consulting parties.
• Ensure compliance with codes and prepare necessary drawings for authority consultations.
• Participate in design development and project coordination with clients and other consultants.
• Support the team in preparing documents for tenders and quotations.
• Attend and document all meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Assist with timely responses to contractor submissions and clarifications.
• Document site progress and prepare and issue revised drawings for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Accompany site teams and senior architects during site inspections and document observations.
• Assist architects in verifying works, addressing defects, and facilitating handover processes.
• Collaborate with the consultant team to ensure building plans meet all applicable standards.
• Learn and utilize necessary software to perform the above tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Possess a qualification in Architecture.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
