Senior Architectural Coordinator Manager / Architectural Coordinator

Job Requirement :-

· Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

· Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals, feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing

· Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings

· Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies

· Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval

· Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue

· Prepare work method of statement for submission

· Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works

· Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO

· Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision

· To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score

· Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent

· At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works

· Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit

· Able to lead and work independently
