Location: Mumbai

Main Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
Drive sales in allocated territory (Mumbai, Maharashtra).
Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Identify new opportunities while sustaining and growing existing business.
Pursue tender/contract opportunities and maintain market share.
Expert in sales planning, KOL management, dealer management, and effective sales calls.
Prepare and submit reports: sales, stock, key accounts, weekly plans, and trackers.
2. Customer Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships across customer levels.
Engage key opinion leaders with structured plans.
Preferably experienced in oncology, ICU customer engagement & Super - Speciality Segment.
Execute maximum interactions to strengthen relationships.
Identify professional education needs among surgeons to enhance awareness.
3. Product & Market Knowledge
Demonstrate self‑learning attitude with deep product, anatomy, and procedure knowledge.
Conduct market intelligence and SWOT analysis of competition.
Track trends, identify threats/opportunities, and recommend strategies.
Share updates with colleagues and supervisors.
Develop differentiation plans against competitive offerings.
4. Distributor Management
Ensure proper distribution network in territory.
Maintain inventory as per company policy.
Enforce pricing strategy and payment timelines.
Collect sales/inventory data within defined timelines.
Optimize sample allocation and expense utilization.
5. Self Development
Identify improvement areas with supervisors.
Actively participate in training programs.
Strive for high performance through continuous learning.
Comfortable working 6 days a week.
6. Corporate Ethics & Compliance
Uphold BD’s values and guiding principles.
Conduct business with integrity and high ethical standards.
Build customer relationships rooted in trust and compliance.
