Partner Engagement & Collaboration · Build and strengthen relationships with dealers and channel partners to expand market presence. · Collaborate with partners to increase awareness, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strategic Thinking & Decision\-Making · Leverage data\-driven insights to identify market trends, optimize sales strategies, and enhance team performance. · Exhibit the ability to raise the bar by setting higher standards for sales excellence and resourcefulness. · Challenge the status quo when needed (stand up and disagree), while fostering a collaborative and solution\-oriented approach.
