Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Interpret vendor contracts to enforce terms and monitor KPIs ensuring compliance with policies and standards
  • Manage daily operations and resolve vendor issues to maintain smooth service delivery in fast-paced settings
  • Validate reports and audit KPIs to track performance data and ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors to foster strong communication and partnership
  • Lead initiatives that support operations through innovative and sustainable practices, demonstrating leadership and proactive problem-solving

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or horticulture environments with knowledge of operational and compliance requirements in these sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
