Responsibilities
- Interpret vendor contracts to enforce terms and monitor KPIs ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Manage daily operations and resolve vendor issues to maintain smooth service delivery in fast-paced settings
- Validate reports and audit KPIs to track performance data and ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors to foster strong communication and partnership
- Lead initiatives that support operations through innovative and sustainable practices, demonstrating leadership and proactive problem-solving
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or horticulture environments with knowledge of operational and compliance requirements in these sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Healthcare experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
