Join Talent Development team, where you will play a key role in supporting fellowship and scholarship schemes for healthcare professionals across Singapore’s largest healthcare cluster.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of fellowship and scholarship schemes for healthcare professionals across SingHealth institutions
• Coordinate fund acquisition processes and ensure proper governance and tracking
• Manage end-to-end selection and claims processes for scholarship recipients
• Organise and execute the annual scholarship awards ceremony and related events
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and healthcare institutions to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Provide administrative and operational support for talent development initiatives
