Lend\nA Hand India is working as a Program Management Unit (PMU)\- Skilling ad Foreign\nLanguage, with Govt. of NCT of Delhi for a newly launched CM SHRI Schools\ninitiative by the Delhi Government.<\/span>

The\nrole focuses on supporting the rollout of skill education and Foreign Language\nin alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP,2020) and the National\nCurriculum Framework (NCF,2024).The\nrole would benefit from candidates who bring prior experience of engaging with\ngovt. officials at district/state levels and leading planning and capacity\nbuilding related tasks.<\/span>

The\nSr. Associate will be part of the Lend A Hand India PMU team at CM SHRI office\nand will work closely with an internal team (a special task force), government\nofficers, school leadership and staff, etc. to ensure effective execution,\ncoordination, and reporting of program activities.This is an execution\-focused\nrole that requires coordination, regular field visits, operational excellence,\ndocumentation and problem\-solving abilities on a daily basis to support program\nimplementation across multiple schools.<\/span>

1.\nProgram Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Support implementation of\n skill education initiatives across CM SHRI schools, including\n Multi\-Sectoral Skill Education and Foreign Language programs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with <\/span><\/span>Heads of\n Schools (HoS), teacher coordinators, and school teams <\/span><\/span><\/b>for\n implementation of program activities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support organization of <\/span><\/span>school\n orientations, teacher trainings, workshops, <\/span><\/span><\/b>and <\/span><\/span>stakeholder\n meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Undertake the execution of <\/span><\/span>student\n exposure visits and experiential learning opportunities with school PoCs<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct <\/span><\/span>regular school\n visits <\/span><\/span><\/b>to monitor program implementation and follow up on action\n points.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain close communication\n with schools to ensure timely completion of program activities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitating <\/span><\/span>student\n Internships on ground <\/span><\/span><\/b>for students<\/span>

    2.\nSkill Lab Setup & Infrastructure Coordination <\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Support the establishment and\n operationalization of <\/span><\/span>Multi Skill Labs in CM SHRI schools<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Regular field visits to\n establish skill labs across schools<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Assist in documentation and\n tracking related to <\/span><\/span>lab setup progress across schools<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Liaise with vendors,\n logistics teams, and school stakeholders to facilitate <\/span><\/span>equipment\n delivery and installation<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Manage the lab set up process\n with operational excellence<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3.\nData Monitoring & Program Tracking <\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Support the monitoring of\n program implementation through structured data collection and analysis.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Track <\/span><\/span>school\-wise progress\n on program implementation, trainings, lab setup, and student\n participation, etc<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Validate data received from\n schools and follow up for corrections or completion.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Maintain implementation\n trackers to monitor <\/span><\/span>timelines, milestones, and key deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

        4.\nReporting & Documentation <\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Support program documentation\n and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.<\/span>

        • Maintain records of <\/span><\/span>implementation\n updates.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Assist and build muscle on\n creating <\/span><\/span>implementation plans, guidelines, SOPs, and activity reports<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

              ●\nBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in <\/span><\/span>Education, Public Policy, Development\nStudies, Social Work, or a related discipline<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span>● <\/span><\/span>0\-1 years of experience <\/span><\/span><\/b>in delivering and planning programs related to\neducation or skilling, govt. liasoning, teaching roles. Fellowship experiences\nwill be considered<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span>●\nFamiliarity with <\/span><\/span>school education systems, skill education initiatives, or\ngovernment partnerships <\/span><\/span><\/b>is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
