Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering Hub team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications and integrations that support marketing platforms.
  • Build and enhance capabilities across web applications, APIs, content platforms, and data workflows.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable, and aligned with enterprise engineering standards.
  • Contribute to AI-driven workflows and automation to improve the speed and efficiency of marketing operations.
  • Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business objectives and client needs.
  • Apply best practices in software development, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
  • Support risk identification, remediation, and ongoing controls, including data privacy and regulatory considerations.
  • Contribute to documentation, standards, and controls that ensure consistent and auditable implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business and platform challenges.
  • Support the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends in MarTech, AI, and digital experience platforms.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
  • Strong experience with: Backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar technologies). Databases such as Oracle and Snowflake. API development and integration, including RESTful services
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding secure development practices, authentication, and data protection.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Adobe, email platforms, CMS, webinar tools, and digital analytics solutions.
