Senior Associate / Lead - Employee Volunteering Partnerships

As our Senior Associate / Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our corporate partnerships for our Employee volunteering programme, nurturing deep\-rooted relationships built on trust and mutual success. You\u2019ll collaborate directly with corporate stakeholders to ensure our services resonate with their teams, identifying creative opportunities to boost employee morale and strengthen organisational ties.<\/span>

Primary responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

  • Strategic Partnership & Retention: Own the full lifecycle of corporate relationships, ensuring year\-round engagement and long\-term loyalty through proactive account management.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead Conversion & Mandate Acquisition: Drive the growth of the employee volunteering program by responding to leads, identifying partner needs, and securing formal mandates for events.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • End\-to\-End Delivery & Proposal Management: Lead the transition from initial proposal to final execution by coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored, high\-quality volunteering solutions.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the complete financial cycle for all partnerships, including fund inflows, timely payment processing, and the resolution of outstanding dues.

  • Team Leadership & Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Oversee team performance and internal collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and the achievement of collective engagement targets.

    Education Qualification / Experience:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Graduate<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 1\-3 years of work experience in managing corporate partnerships<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Any Banking/sales / corporate fundraising experience would be an\nadvantage<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

        • Remuneration: CTC 5 \- 7 LPA. including performance incentives based on the candidate\u2019s profile
