Senior Associate / Lead – Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

About the role:<\/b>
<\/div>
You will play a pivotal role in scaling and deepening Bhumi\u2019s SEL interventions in schools. You will co\-lead the design, development, and execution of a holistic SEL program, mentor team, and build partnerships with schools, government bodies, and other organizations. This role demands a strong passion to drive meaningful impact in children's and educators\u2019 social emotional development across Bhumi\u2019s partner schools.

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Lead the creation of SEL frameworks and training modules suited for diverse school settings.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and school leaders.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collect, track, and report program data to inform improvements and meet reporting requirements.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Guide fellows through coaching, reflection, and practice\-based feedback.
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Educational Qualification/Experience:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • Educational Degree : Graduate, post\-graduate, or fellowship in relevant fields such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • At least 2 years of experience in SEL, school education, or wellbeing programs
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience in adult training and educational program management.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      • Strong coaching skills.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Systems thinking with a grasp of school transformation and education ecosystems.
