Senior Associate Manager - Research

Experience/ Skills

  1. 5-7 years of experience in market research and consulting projects, with 2 -3 years of experience in delivering international consulting projects such as market entry, market opportunity assessment, market expansion strategy, new product development etc.
  2. Should have excellent customer-facing capabilities, and in leading research/ consulting engagements.
  3. Experience with top consulting firms would be preferable
  4. The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives
  5. Should have managed small teams of 2-3 members
  6. Experience user of Microsoft office suite- Excel & Power Point
  7. Strong organizational and strategic skills with an analytical mindset
  8. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand client requirements, and the drive to go beyond stated requirements deliver best possible solutions that fulfil clients’ objectives

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Taking responsibility for executing business consulting/market research projects including tasks like secondary & primary research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation
  2. Authoring /co-author thought-leadership articles
  3. Independently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major /significant consulting projects
  4. Leading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of junior analysts
  5. Manage client communication for projects assigned
  6. Supporting the leadership team in marketing, business development and proposals
  7. Positively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation
  8. Contribution to the firm in non-project areas (such as knowledge management, people development etc.)

MBA (Marketing / Finance / Strategy / etc.) (Preferably from Tier-I/II B-School)
