Senior Associate, OPS Business Process Improvements/Best Practice
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Represent Operations as a SME and stakeholder in Global Collateral related and other initiatives
- Gather, analyse, and document information for new Business Requirements in support to Global Collateral activities from stakeholders in Operations.
- Participate in Business Requirements modelling and writing with Product and Engineering experts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential efficiencies / enhancements of operational process flows
- Review Business and Functional Requirements
- Prepare and coordinate the project implementation and operational readiness
- Assist with non-standard service support requests
- SME for new processes, products, and services
- Facilitate communication between internal users, Product and Engineering experts
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree required
- Graduate degree preferred
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred
- Strong AI and digital tools capability; light coding experience is a plus
- Proven ability to identify innovative solutions and new opportunities using the latest technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Thorough, with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Adaptable and flexible; able to switch contexts quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
- Working knowledge of enterprise principal custody and collateral management systems highly preferred
