Responsibilities

  • Drive overall paid social strategy and associated tactics to meet client’s goals, collaborating closely with integrated media leads (programmatic, search, etc.) and creative and data teams.
  • Build partnerships and manage campaigns in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and delivery.
  • Extract, interpret and apply insight and actions from data to campaigns.
  • Consult, educate and negotiate with clients and agency partners, while highlighting successes along the way with the client and addressing obstacles and opportunities.
  • Deliver innovation by presenting the latest trends, best practices, technologies, and recommendations, etc. to the client.
  • Manage priorities and ad-hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time and to client expectations by entire team.
  • Demonstrate great judgment through proper escalation and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Establish oneself as an expert within their functional department and client team.
  • Identify ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior team members (mentoring, training, growth, and development, etc.).

Qualifications

The Senior Associate, Social excels at performance-driven campaign management and execution and is an engaged leader on their client, and across functional teams. The Senior Associate has shown the ability to carry out strategy and planning with excellent client stewardship capabilities. They are also great at training and developing junior team members and guiding their growth, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction.

  • Minimum 2 years of Paid Social experience with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Must have strong knowledge of paid social (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn) landscape, platforms and best practices.
  • Collaborative nature and experience with media owners, agency business units, and partners.
  • Comfort level with data, analytics and measurement, and various data sources and methodologies.
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of marketing/advertising, understanding of media concepts and creative requirements.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, providing thought leadership to junior team members and helping them grow and develop.
  • Experience with direct-response campaigns, in-app campaigns a plus.
  • Prior performance media agency experience is a plus.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$40,000$70,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
