About the Role:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

As a Senior Associate, you will play a\ncentral role in commercial execution\u2014supporting deal cycles from first\ndiscovery through demo, proof\u2011of\u2011concept, onboarding preparation, and early\nvalue realization. You will translate client requirements into clear solution\nnarratives, coordinate with internal teams (Product, Data, Operations), and\nhelp ensure a high\u2011quality experience for prospects and customers. The role is\nideal for a strong communicator with an interest in private markets and SaaS,\nwho enjoys working hands\u2011on with clients and wants to grow into broader\nownership over time.<\/span><\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Qualify prospects by understanding their organization, investment\nworkflows, and success criteria<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare and deliver tailored solution presentations and product demos\n(with Sales and Product as needed)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support customer onboarding and early lifecycle success (kick\u2011offs,\nenablement, follow\u2011ups, and issue triage)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Data, Operations) to\naddress client questions and deliver next steps reliably<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Translate requirements into clear use cases and value propositions, and\ncontribute to proposals and written client communication<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute to proof\u2011of\u2011concepts and trials: define scope, track\nprogress, gather feedback, and support decision\-making<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong product and domain knowledge (private\nmarkets, bench\-marking/analytics) and help improve internal enablement materials\nover time<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Prior experience in a client\u2011facing role (e.g., sales, pre\u2011sales,\nconsulting, customer success, or support) is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
