Senior Associate, Specialist, Operations, Project Management, Corporate Banking, Technology and Operations

Business Function:

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

• Possess analytical skill to analyse trends in CBG and IBG operations
• Understand of Ops products
• Should be able to build dashboard on Tableau based on data dump
• Work with large datasets, distributed Big Data Platforms for a variety of advanced analytics solutions across the bank ranging from recommendation engines, propensity models, customer segmentation, Graph models
• Engage with business and product teams to formulate problems and create solution framework
• End-to-End execution from data collection, analysis, feature engineering, model development, implementation (including testing) and monitoring
• Drive the testing and deployment of the machine learning products into production
• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills
• Understand the Product Journeys and help business to improve the customer experience
• Drive insight led actionable to help achieve business targets
• Support business in meeting the Budgets through Analytical Insights; support stakeholders in Business Reviews
• Ability to create high quality documentation such as process maps & project plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stake-holder and obtain their agreement on any enhancements / gaps identified
• Ability to manage multiple projects across Operations team
• Prepare and deliver training materials for the project, provide training to the operation staffs to ensure proper knowledge transfer.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in related field. Worked in Performance & business monitoring functions.
• Understanding of relevant banking and financial services processes, services, ecosystems and regulations.

• High level of problem-solving aptitude and demonstrated organizational skills.

Education / Preferred Qualifications:

• An MBA or Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree is preferable

• Good problem solving/analytical, planning & organising skills. Planning, scheduling and monitoring deliverables, within a stipulated time frame using effective methods
• Good interpersonal and communications skills

Work Relationship:

Possess good working relationship and a high degree of team spirit and cooperation with relationship group as well as service partners in the bank such as Operations, Finance, Legal etc, so as to ensure seamless delivery of projects
