Senior Associate, Studio
The Senior Associate, Studio is a coordination and resourcing partner within Klick’s Studio team, helping keep digital studio work moving from intake through final delivery. This role supports daily studio workflows, resource planning, task coordination, project reporting, and partnering closely with Brand Project Managers, studio leadership, and production specialists to deliver high-quality digital work on time. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and hands-on experience supporting digital production in a creative agency environment.
What You’ll Do
Support daily studio stand-ups and coordinate scrum-style production workflows across Studio team members.
Manage project intake, pre-production file review, timelines, and task assignment for digital studio deliverables, including email, banner, web, presentation, and other digital assets.
Track bookings, timelines, and resource needs in partnership with Brand Project Managers, studio leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Confirm project details, support quality checks, and coordinate final file delivery against deadlines.
Produce job reporting and support workflow improvements, including AI-enabled production process enhancements.
Required:
6+ years of studio coordination, resource management, project management, or traffic coordination experience in a creative agency or digital production studio environment.
Hands-on experience supporting digital deliverables from intake through final delivery.
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for job tracking, resourcing, reporting, or production workflow management.
Experience leading daily stand-ups or production check-ins with digital production teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, deadlines, file requirements, and stakeholder updates with accurate delivery outcomes.
Desired:
Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals and code version control basics used in digital production workflows.
Exposure to integrated studio operations across digital, print, presentation, creative production, or related studio channels.
Experience identifying or implementing workflow improvements, automation, or AI-enabled production tools.
Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $65,000-80,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
