About the Role<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior Associate \u2013 WICE <\/span><\/span><\/span>with <\/span><\/span><\/span>7\u20138 years of professional experience<\/span><\/span>, preferably in the gender equity, social impact, climate action, entrepreneurship, or development sectors. In this role, you will lead program implementation, strengthen partnerships, and support strategic growth for an initiative focused on empowering <\/span><\/span><\/span>women\-led climate startups<\/span> <\/span>and aspiring women entrepreneurs<\/span> <\/span>across South Asia<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
