🚀 Join SISAP as a Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior Level)

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Platform Team and help build, scale, and maintain the systems that power our products.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and elevate technical excellence across the team.

💡 About the Role

You’ll primarily focus on backend services written in Go, while contributing across the full stack when needed. You’ll work in a Kubernetes-based environment, optimize PostgreSQL performance, and help strengthen observability and CI/CD processes.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs in Go
• Own data modeling, schema design, indexing strategies, and query optimization in PostgreSQL
• Deploy and operate services in Kubernetes-based environments
• Contribute to frontend features in React when needed
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Instrument services with Prometheus metrics and build Grafana dashboards
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and system design

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Required

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Go (concurrency patterns, testing, idiomatic design)
• Strong proficiency in ClickHouse
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, performance tuning, migrations)
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized workflows
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes
• Experience across the full SDLC, from design to production support
• Experience using Claude or another AI-assisted developer tool

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
• Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Background in security, threat intelligence, or data-intensive platforms
