Senior Body & Wellness Spa Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional non-medical body treatments, acupressure, and custom foot reflexology therapies.

• Assist management in designing wellness routines and training junior therapists on safe massage techniques.

• Maintain individual client service records, notes, preferences, and tracking histories confidentially.

• Ensure overall maintenance of clean tools, sanitized towels, and optimal equipment conditions at the workstations.

• Cross-promote treatment bundle plans and wellness retail products based on client wellness objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a formal technical diploma or a full-time study certificate in holistic therapy/massage from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 4 years of solid track record in providing high-volume reflexology or body therapy services.

• Good communication skills and capability to coordinate harmoniously with co-workers and management.

• Dynamic personality with strong reliability, able to work on weekends and holiday rosters.
