We\u2019re seeking a creative leader who can blend <\/span><\/span>exceptional graphic design sensibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b> with <\/span><\/span>hands\-on UI/UX expertise<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This role is ideal for a designer who can think both strategically and executionally, owning the brand\u2019s visual narrative while crafting user\-centric digital journeys. \n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>

  • Brand and Visual Identity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    • Define and evolve the visual language of the Travelwings brand across digital and offline touchpoints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Create high\-impact marketing collateral including campaign visuals, social media assets, ad creatives, print materials, and email campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Own brand consistency across internal and external communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • UI/ UX & Digital Design<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
      • Design user\-centric web and mobile experiences on landing pages, microsites, and interactive components.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

      • Translate product and marketing needs into engaging, intuitive user flows and interfaces<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel\-perfect implementation and responsive design fidelity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Conduct heuristic evaluations and support lightweight user research/testing cycles to improve usability.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Creative Strategy & Leadership

        • Serve as a design thought partner to cross\-functional teams, contributing to campaign planning, feature launches, and branding initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, introducing new formats and techniques to raise creative standards<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Manage and mentor junior designers, offering feedback and ensuring quality benchmarks.<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>
          • 5\-7 years of professional experience in brand design, UI/UX, or creative direction, ideally in a startup or high\-growth environment.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • A standout portfolio showcasing a mix of <\/span>brand design<\/span> and <\/span>UI/UX work<\/span> across web, mobile, and social.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Expertise in <\/span>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, preferred)<\/span> and <\/span>Figma/XD<\/span>.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, and responsive design principles.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Experience in the <\/span>travel, lifestyle, or e\-commerce domain<\/span> is a strong plus.<\/span>
