Senior Brand Innovation Manager

Job Description:

  • Primarily responsible for defining brand vision, developing overarching brand strategies, and driving innovation planning.
  • Translate deep consumer and shopper insights into impactful innovation and renovation opportunities. Co-develop the Greater China innovation plan and associated budget by identifying emerging consumer needs and technology trends, setting clear innovation metrics, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop the comprehensive strategic master plan and brand architecture for the overall product/brand portfolio, ensuring strong alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Ensure the sufficiency and effectiveness of strategic plans, actively integrating feedback and insights from Sales and Market Operations teams for optimal market performance and execution.


Qualifications Required:

  1. Experience: At least 2+ years working experience in New Product Development (NPD) and End-to-End (E2E) Brand Marketing within the FMCG or 3C industry.
  2. Consumer & Shopper Insight: Possesses a profound and demonstrated understanding of consumer and shopper behaviors, trends, and market dynamics.
  3. Brand Strategy & Growth: Proven ability to formulate compelling brand visions, develop robust long-term brand plans, and execute strategies that effectively build brand equity and drive sustainable business growth.
  4. Integrated Communications: Adept at conceptualizing, building, and executing integrated brand communication strategies and initiatives across various touchpoints.
  5. Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above, good in English speaking and writing.
