Senior Brand Manager, Creator & Influencer Marketing (Gaming)

What You'll Do

End-to-End Creator Partnership Strategy

  • Own the full-funnel creator marketing strategy, forging strategic partnerships with mega (top-tier) and macro (mid-tier) creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to maximize brand reach and performance.
  • Negotiate and close complex partnership agreements, building a scalable talent network that aligns with regional cultural nuances and platform-specific content trends.
  • Produce high-converting creative briefs and content scripts tailored for paid acquisition channels, ensuring seamless handoff of creative assets to the User Acquisition (UA) team for media buying.

Budget Ownership & Performance Optimization

  • Manage regional influencer marketing P&L, optimizing budget allocation to hit dual KPIs: brand reach (impressions) and creative asset spend efficiency (ad spend consumption/ROAS).
  • Implement full-cycle performance tracking across creator campaigns, analyzing impression share, engagement rates, and downstream UA metrics to dynamically adjust content strategy and talent selection.
  • Develop scalable content playbooks and creative testing frameworks based on performance data, establishing reusable methodologies for high-ROI creator collaborations.

Localization & Cultural Innovation

  • Drive deep localization by aligning creator content with regional player personas, local social media vernacular, and culturally significant moments (seasonal events, regional holidays, gaming community trends).
  • Identify and capitalize on viral content opportunities, orchestrating high-shareability activations that generate organic breakthrough moments for the brand.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive creator CRM/tiering system, continuously optimizing talent classification and partnership models to improve resource efficiency and long-term relationship value.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, UA, and Regional Ops teams, ensuring creator content seamlessly supports paid media strategies and regional growth objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand management within gaming, mobile apps, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROAS through creator-driven campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in social platform ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and their respective creator economies; fluency in platform-native content formats and algorithmic trends.
  • Analytical rigor: proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening tools, attribution platforms) and the ability to translate data into actionable creative strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience contracting high-profile creators and managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns.
