Senior Business Analyst - Credit as a Service Transformation
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic Credit as a Service transformation program. In this role, you will drive business and technology outcomes across the entire credit assessment and decisioning lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders across business, product, architecture, engineering, and third-party credit service providers.
You will lead end-to-end business analysis activities, from eliciting and documenting requirements through to supporting solution design, delivery, and testing. The role involves mapping current and future state processes, analysing impacts across digital platforms and core systems, and defining user stories, business rules, and data requirements. You will work across API-led integrations and complex system landscapes to ensure seamless connectivity with external credit providers.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to facilitate workshops across business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams. You will contribute to solution design, ensure requirements are translated into scalable outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline customer onboarding, and enhance credit decisioning. You will also support testing, change management, and business transition activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end business analysis across complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong domain expertise in credit assessment, lending, customer onboarding, or decisioning platforms.
- Experience working across API-led integrations and complex system landscapes.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process models (BPMN), and data mapping.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, risk, and external vendor teams.
- Experience supporting testing (SIT/UAT), operational readiness, and business transition activities.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
