Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting a large-scale migration and system transformation program. The role will focus on business requirement definition, migration validation, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring end-to-end business readiness for go-live.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead business requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation for migration and system enhancement initiatives

· Define and validate migration rules, data mappings, reconciliation logic, and acceptance criteria

· Act as the business SPOC during SIT and UAT phases, supporting testers and business users

· Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and closure validation

· Support UAT planning, test scenario walkthroughs, and sign-off coordination

· Prepare and deliver daily/weekly status reports, defect dashboards, and readiness metrics for leadership

· Collaborate closely with Technology, QA, Product Owners, and external vendors

· Ensure traceability from requirements to test scenarios and defects

Required Skills & Experience

· 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong focus on migration or transformation programs

· Strong experience supporting SIT and UAT activities

· Deep understanding of Insurance processes and data

· Experience with eBaoCloud, InsureMO, or similar core insurance platforms (preferred)

· Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation

· Familiarity with Agile / SDLC methodologies

· Strong communication and stakeholder-management ability
