Senior Business Analyst - Financial Crime

What’s the role?
Join our Pacific Financial Crime Transformation program and help shape how we protect our customers and communities. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead complex analysis across initiatives that strengthen financial crime controls across PNG and Fiji.

You’ll work across business, risk, compliance, technology and data teams to turn regulatory requirements into clear, actionable solutions. From deep diving into data and systems through to supporting delivery, testing and change readiness, your work will directly improve how we detect and prevent financial crime.

This is an 18 month contract based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country, with flexible hybrid working.

What do I need?
• Experience delivering business analysis in financial services or similarly complex environments
• Understanding of Financial Crime such as AML, CTF, transaction monitoring or KYC
• Ability to analyse data and systems and translate insights into clear requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
