What You\u2019ll Own
<\/span><\/b><\/div>

<\/div>
? End\-to\-End Lending Journey Design
<\/div>
Own the complete lifecycle\u2014from origination → underwriting → disbursement → servicing → collections → closure
<\/div>

<\/div>
? Product Thinking & Requirement Engineering
<\/div>
Translate complex lending workflows into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
<\/div>

<\/div>
? Cross\-functional Collaboration
<\/div>
Work closely with Product Implementation, Engineering, and Client's Business teams to drive impactful releases
<\/div>

<\/div>
⚙️ Loan Management System Expertise
<\/div>
Deep involvement in LMS implementation, customization, or enhancement
<\/div>

<\/div>
? Process Optimization
<\/div>
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable, automated workflows
<\/div>

<\/div>
? Data\-Driven Decisions
<\/div>
Use analytics and business insights to improve loan performance, reduce TAT, and enhance CX

Be the bridge between business and tech\u2014own sprint planning, UAT, and go\-live readiness

Requirements<\/h3>
What We\u2019re Looking For
<\/span><\/b><\/div>

<\/div>
  1. 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in lending /fintech /BFSI<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  2. Strong exposure to Loan Management Systems (LMS) (mandatory)<\/span>Hands\-on experience in building or enhancing lending products<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  3. Deep understanding of:<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    1. Loan origination & underwriting workflows<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    2. Repayment schedules, interest calculations, amortization
      <\/li>
    3. Collections & delinquency management
      <\/li>
    4. Exposure to API integrations, system architecture discussions
      <\/li>
    5. Understanding of regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines, KYC, etc.)
      <\/li><\/ol>
    6. Strong skills in:
      <\/li>
      1. Requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
        <\/li>
      2. Process mapping (flowcharts, etc)
        <\/li>
      3. Stakeholder management
        <\/li>
      4. UI/UX designing
        <\/li><\/ol>
      5. Crisp written and verbal communication skills
        <\/li>
      6. Strong customer service orientation
        <\/li>
      7. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

          Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14+ years of working with various banks, HFCs, and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq, he was the co\-founder of Qriyo \- India\u2019s first managed home tuition app.
