Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
<\/li> - Create and maintain documentation such as Business Canvas Models, BPMs, User Stories, and other relevant artifacts in an agile environment.
<\/li> - Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
<\/li> - Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand\-ups) and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
<\/li> - Utilize project management tools like Jira, Asana, and Dev Ops for tracking project progress and managing tasks.
<\/li> - Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and priorities.
<\/li> - Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
<\/li> - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the organization.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
<\/li> - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
<\/li> - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally across multiple industries.
<\/li> - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and terminology.
<\/li> - Experience with agile documentation practices, including Business Canvas Models, BPMs, and User Stories.
<\/li> - Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Dev Ops.
<\/li> - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
<\/li> - Cross\-industry experience is preferred.
<\/li> - Relevant certifications in business analysis or agile methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMI\-PBA, Scrum Master) are a plus.
