Job Description\:
We are looking for a Senior Business Change Professional to support the successful delivery of business change within a major enterprise-wide IT transformation programme.
This role focuses on ensuring that change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to support the adoption of new technologies, systems and ways of working, helping to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Core duties\:
- Support the development and delivery of business change artefacts, including change impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder assessments, training plans and overall change strategies
- Deliver business change activity within small to medium-sized projects, work packages, or contribute to wider transformation programmes
- Monitor and report on business benefit realisation, ensuring outcomes align with agreed objectives and KPIs
- Work with stakeholders to define project benefits and establish effective benefits management plans
- Set up and facilitate change networks and change champion programmes to support engagement and adoption
- Ensure business change is delivered using consistent, appropriate approaches across all project activities
- Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, technologies and ways of working
Essential Skills\:
- Proven experience supporting change initiatives within enterprise-wide IT programmes
- Experience working within Business Change, including knowledge of change management methodologies, processes and frameworks
- Ability to deliver business change activities across projects of small to medium complexity
- Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Ability to provide guidance on business change activities within a project or workstream

You will join an established team of Business Change professionals, delivering end-to-end change management support across enterprise technology programmes.
