Senior Business Consutlant - T24

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our growing team with strong domain expertise in capital markets products, Global custody operations and wealth management.

You will be also be responsible for providing expert guidance with above expertise and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your domain expertise and deep T24 product knowledge to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients as part of large transformation programs.

We require strong experience in core banking, corporate actions and securities processing area.

In-depth product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the following T24 modules is a must: Treasury Modules (including specifics like Forex and Swaps), Securities trade processing, Corporate Actions life cycle processing/settlement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
  • Manage requirements related to global custody services and core banking.
  • Prepare clear and concise business artefacts BRD & FSD, Process flow, gap analysis for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
  • Conduct workshops, process walkthrough session with business and technology team.
  • Analyze gaps between client needs and application capabilities.
  • Perform impact analysis and proposing realistic solutions for system migration from legacy application and process transformation.
  • Support SWIFT message analysis, corporate actions life-cycle and settlement workflow.
  • Support SIT and UAT execution and defect management.
  • Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization while ensuring stock exchange and regulatory requirements of audit, compliance standards.
  • Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and mentorship.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience as Business Consultant in Banking, Financial and Capital markets domain and minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in Global custody operation and banking environment.
  • Proven expertise in delivering business transformation initiatives, post trade processing solutions within the exchange and regulatory compliance framework.
  • Well versed with agile/scrum ceremonies and project governance activities.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in T24 Core Banking modules especially Corporate actions and Securities processing in Private Banking.
  • Product Knowledge of T24 modules such as Treasury and payments is a plus.
  • Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFT processing.
  • Strong understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of financial services.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills spanning various locations.

Mandatory Skillset:

  • Temenos T24 Implementation Experience
  • In-depth T24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the T24 modules is a must. The modules are Treasury Modules (Forex and Swaps), Securities and Corporate Actions.
