Senior Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- New business development and existing customer management in hospitality, logistics, commercial building sectors
- Key account management for strategic clients as assigned by supervisor.
- Build and strengthen good relationships with clients, prospects, and associations
- Coordination of regional / global contracts
- Provide market information and participate in direct marketing strategy / planning
- Attend to clients' enquiries as well as to manage and resolve issues and complaints
- Do tele-sales when required and assist the other sales teams in identifying the contacts and leads when required
- Preparation of brochures and track records
- Weekly reporting on sales activities
- Update visual presentation materials
- Preparation and coordination of seminars for the business
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in hospitality, logistics, commercial building sectors
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support
- Basic understanding of inspection services is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
