Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:<\/b> Identify and convert high\-value B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth:<\/b> Close deals and consistently exceed sales targets by developing long\-term client relationships.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Market Research & Strategy:<\/b> Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to position offerings effectively.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Enterprise Engagement:<\/b> Engage C\-level executives and decision\-makers at Tier\-1 companies and OEMs.

Consultative Selling:<\/b> Deliver tailored solutions based on client challenges, backed by compelling presentations and proposals.

CRM & Sales Tools:<\/b> Maintain accurate sales data in ZOHO CRM<\/b>; use LinkedIn Sales Navigator<\/b>, Apollo.io<\/b>, and ZoomInfo<\/b> for prospecting.

Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking:<\/b> Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and drive revenue.

Requirements<\/h3>
  • Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience:<\/b> 4\u20135 years in B2B sales/business development; 3+ years as a Business Development Manager.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Sales Expertise:<\/b> Proven success in generating revenue and closing high\-value deals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Negotiation & Relationship Management:<\/b> Strong skills in deal negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Tech Proficiency:<\/b> Skilled in ZOHO CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Analytical Thinking:<\/b> Data\-driven approach to track and improve sales performance.
