<\/p>Strategy<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Build a sustainable pipeline of\ncompanies with a large number of lower\-income employees<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Efficiently acquire users from\nonboarded companies and grow the relationship<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Promote product, volume and revenue growth<\/span>
<\/li>- Capture and share client feedback to support\ncontinuous improvement of the product offering<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Act as an ambassador for the company\nand promote its value proposition to clients and other external stakeholders<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Understand and stay up to date with\nthe regulatory environment, competition, and business opportunities<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Business<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Achieve defined targets for onboarding\ncompanies through B2B sales and acquiring end users from these companies<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Draw up periodic plans to generate new business to achieve set sales\n targets and objectives<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Source and call on prospects on an ongoing basis to maintain a\n strong sales pipeline<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Undertake sales presentations and organise monthly roadshows as per\n the agreed numbers<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Establish and maintain close business collaborations with partners\n across the group to generate new business leads<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Solicit referrals from clients and business partners<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build and deepen relationships with\nthe existing client base to increase business penetration and cross\-selling<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and implement sales and\nservice plans to achieve agreed sales and revenue targets for existing and new\nclients<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Carry out agreed sales activities,\nclient presentations, attend events, financial literacy sessions, and other commercial\ninitiatives<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Drive business volume growth and\nincrease subscriber base product adoption<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Prioritise activities based on clients'\nexisting or potential business and revenue contribution<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Build an information database on existing clients to support\n relationship building and business growth efforts<\/span>
<\/li>- Keep abreast of clients' needs and conduct regular checks on market\n trends and competitors' programme offering<\/span>

<\/p>- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain sales discipline and ensure\nthe pipeline is strong and updated accurately <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Provide truly professional key account management service to achieve\n a high level of customer satisfaction and retention<\/span>
<\/li>- Practise service excellence when\nhandling customer issues, complaints, and product enquiries in a timely, responsive,\nand problem\-free manner<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Work with the relevant teams across implementation, partnerships, products,\n legal, operations, compliance and risk within the company to maintain a\n high level of customer satisfaction<\/span>
<\/li>- Enhance service levels through recommendation of improvements in\n operational processes, procedures and products based on customer feedback<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure smooth and timely closure of sales mandates and client\n onboarding<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure relevant forms and documents are submitted for processing\n according to the approved timeline and requirements<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure customers' personal information\nand documents are managed confidentially<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure all due diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and\n CDD for onboarding are carried out in accordance with compliance policies<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>People and Talent<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Motivate oneself to improve selling\nand personal skills, especially in meeting sales targets, relationship\nmanagement with clients and other stakeholders. Strong time management,\ncommunication and presentation skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Upgrade knowledge and stay informed of\nnew developments in fintech, competition, banking, payroll and payment products\nand services<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Risk Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Ensure compliance with the Company's\nstandards and policies and regulatory requirements pertaining to money\nlaundering and CDD.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Exercise due care and diligence on\nmatters related to money laundering and CDD in day\-to\-day sales processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Acquire relevant knowledge and\ntraining, and provide support to the broader team<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain zero tolerance for fraud and\nmis\-selling.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Governance<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Act and escalate quickly when any risk\nor control weakness becomes apparent, and ensure it is addressed within an\nappropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Work with multiple stakeholders to\nestablish the applicable risk and control framework to ensure that the Group's\nability to remain within risk appetite is not materially threatened.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarise yourself with the\nCompany's and the Group's governance structures and mandatory processes.<\/span>

<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications & Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- A graduate with 10+ years of business\ndevelopment / sales experience, preferably gained in the fintech, banking, exchange\nhouse, or financial services industry covering payroll services<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Sound knowledge of financial products,\nwith a deep understanding of underbanked payroll services in UAE and a\nwillingness to learn.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Solid market connections and\nnetworking experience with large corporate clients across the UAE<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Good knowledge of current Fintech offerings in the payroll\nand payment services space<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Track record of consistently exceeding\nsales goals<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder\nmanagement and communication skills, with the ability to deal with all levels\nof people, often in complex and difficult situations<\/span>
