What You’ll Do
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across strategic accounts in North Africa. You will focus on building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and partnering closely with Account Executives to execute targeted account strategies.
Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organizations
Partner closely with Account Executives to execute account-based strategies and develop territories
Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, converting them into high-quality sales opportunities
Clearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challenges
Consistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with regional revenue goals
Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting in Salesforce
Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline creation, and conversion rates
What You Bring
You are a driven, curious, and results-oriented professional with a passion for building pipeline and engaging customers.
3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
Fluent in French (essential) and professional proficiency in English
Strong understanding of French market and business culture
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Comfortable engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools is a plus
Currently based in the France / preferably Paris
