Senior Business Operations Manager

In this role, you will serve as a key driver of strategic and operational execution across a fast-paced, high-growth organization focused on transforming complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution, working closely with senior leadership to shape how the business plans, prioritizes, and delivers on its most critical initiatives. This role requires strong ownership of ambiguous problems, the ability to synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data, and a talent for turning insights into actionable execution plans. You will partner across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve operational efficiency and unlock growth opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will influence decision-making through structured analysis and clear storytelling. You will also play a hands-on role in designing and improving internal processes, tools, and systems that scale business operations. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on company-wide performance and strategic direction.

• Own and drive core business operating rhythms including annual planning, QBRs, and weekly executive cadences to ensure alignment and clarity across leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations and leading implementation with stakeholders
• Build executive-ready analyses, models, and presentations that support strategic decision-making at the COO and CEO level
• Independently analyze complex datasets to generate insights, forecasts, and recommendations that guide business priorities
• Design and implement lightweight tools, dashboards, and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve visibility across teams
• Drive cross-functional execution by influencing stakeholders without formal authority and ensuring initiatives are delivered end-to-end

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategic operations, or a similar CEO/COO-facing role in a high-growth or top-tier consulting environment
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience building financial or operational models
• Proficiency in working with data tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level narratives
• Experience working across multiple functions and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong understanding of business operations, go-to-market dynamics, and organizational execution frameworks
• SQL proficiency and experience with data querying is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows for operational improvement is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong storytelling ability
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
