Senior Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary: As a Business Operation Specialist for the country, this role is the core executor of customer service and order management, covering full-cycle order processing, document issuance, data reconciliation, customs documentation coordination and KPI monitoring. The incumbent supports daily end-to-end customer order operation, cooperates with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure OTIF delivery, and provides regular operational reports to management. This role is responsible for standardized order workflow execution and customer communication, and keeps raise hands for identified optimizing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Order to Cash Processing: Create and process sales orders including the post sales orders in SAP for transactions. Perform timely order management with complying company rules. Coordinate with global planning to drive order delivery meet customer requirements. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate order invoices and timely receivables.

· Logistics & Customs Coordination: Coordinate with 3PL for stock debonding, bonded transfer and shipping documentation; generate picking & packing list, and AWB records.

· Customer Communication & Follow-up: Respond to customer inquiries; provide mandatory documentations to customers, track prepayment and delivery status; align with key stakeholders for shipment batch arrangement. Generate open order reports with comprehensive data and information for key customers.

· Data Reconciliation & KPI Management: Reconcile SAP and variance reports on sales data; submit weekly order status reports; monitor OTIF and core order management KPIs to optimize service level.

· Projects: Work as the focal point from customer service and supply chain function, participate Singapore SAP implementation project and establish the 3PL daily operation process.
