Senior Business Partner - Finance

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Business Partner – Finance to join our team at our Perth Head Office on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a pivotal role working closely with both operational and corporate teams to provide financial insight, drive reporting excellence, and support decision-making across mining operations. You will contribute to improving financial performance while partnering with key stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational and corporate teams to provide financial insights and analysis
  • Lead end-of-month reporting processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage general accounting activities including reconciliations
  • Align financial data with operational reporting, including stock and production models
  • Provide oversight of capital expenditure and financial performance
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes

About You

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Strong experience within the mining sector (gold experience highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
