Senior Business Partner - Finance

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Business Partner – Finance to join our team at our Perth Head Office on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a pivotal role working closely with both operational and corporate teams to provide financial insight, drive reporting excellence, and support decision-making across mining operations. You will contribute to improving financial performance while partnering with key stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and corporate teams to provide financial insights and analysis
- Lead end-of-month reporting processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Manage general accounting activities including reconciliations
- Align financial data with operational reporting, including stock and production models
- Provide oversight of capital expenditure and financial performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Drive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes
About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong experience within the mining sector (gold experience highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
