Senior Business System Analyst

Acumatica is a US based cloud ERP product company and a leading provider of business management software. We help small and mid size businesses grow with a modern platform designed for real world needs.

We are expanding our Platform Analytics team in Belgrade and looking for a Senior Business System Analys

What you will do:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Create mockups and wireframes using Figma or similar tools
Model and optimize business processes using user stories, use cases, and UML diagrams
Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and stakeholders
Coordinate multiple teams and ensure delivery from idea to production
Monitor progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution
Facilitate decision making and align stakeholders on priorities
Perform acceptance testing and create test cases
Participate in release cycles, including support analysis, bug verification, and release notes
Review system documentation

What we are looking for:

5+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in IT
Strong experience with specifications, user stories, and use cases
Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Experience creating wireframes in Figma
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience with system integrations such as REST or SOAP APIs
Familiarity with BI or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience coordinating cross team work and delivering projects on time
Strong communication skills and ability to connect business and technical teams
Experience working in large scale or international projects
Professional level of English, Russian is a plus
