What will you do?
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Tracking return material, informing supplier on returned material. Timey replacement of rejected material.
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Good Knowledge of Importing Material
- Hands-on experience with ERP - SAP
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills
- Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical Eng.
Should possess 10 to 15 years’ experience procurement
What we look for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, electrical, Mechanical & Industrial.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement/sourcing activities especially in system Integration bussiness environment
Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Experience working with cross‑functional and global stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and generate management reports.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
Results‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
