<\/div>About the Role\u200b<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>We\u2019re looking for a senior Cinematographer as the <\/span>Director of Photography (DoP)<\/span><\/b> who can turn ideas into visually stunning stories.<\/span>
<\/span>Someone who understands <\/span>lighting, framing, and production<\/span><\/b> deeply and knows how to create a cinematic feel and understands <\/span>visual storytelling<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>- Understand the script or concept and <\/span>decide the visual look and feel<\/span><\/b> of the project.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Plan how each scene will be shot \- <\/span>Camera angles, lighting, and mood.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with the <\/span>Production <\/span><\/b>and<\/span> <\/span>Branding<\/span><\/b> Team<\/span><\/b> to bring the vision to life.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead the camera and lighting team on set.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure every frame is <\/span>well\-composed, aesthetically strong, and meaningful.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Choose the right <\/span>camera, lenses, lighting setup, and equipment<\/span><\/b> for each project.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Handle different types of shoots \- creative shoot, brand films, cinematic videos, etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain <\/span>consistency in visual quality and style<\/span><\/b> across the project.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Solve on\-ground challenges during shoots (Technical issues, lighting issues, space constraints, etc.)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Good to Have<\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>- Experience in <\/span>ad films, startup storytelling, or branded content.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of <\/span>gimbals, drones, or advanced camera rigs.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Understanding of <\/span>cinematic production grade light setups (Nanlite, Aperture, etc)<\/span><\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>- Minimum <\/span>4+ years of experience<\/span><\/b> in Cinematography / Video Production.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of production:
<\/span><\/div>- Creating story\-boarding and screenplay<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Camera operation (photo + video)<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Lighting (natural + artificial)<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Framing & composition<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Color and mood<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>- Ability to create <\/span>cinematic visuals<\/span><\/b>, not just basic coverage.
<\/span><\/li>- Experience with professional cameras (Sony / Canon / Lumix, etc.)
<\/span><\/li>- Basic understanding of <\/span>color grading and post\-production workflow.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong sense of <\/span>storytelling through visuals.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to manage time, shoots, and equipment effectively
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to lead a team and take ownership of shoots
<\/span><\/li>- Portfolio/Show\-reel is mandatory
