Joining our team means becoming part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise will help shape Queensland’s future transport network.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EResponsibilities%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EPrepare civil design and documentation for road and transport infrastructure projects using tools such as 12D and AutoCAD.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork collaboratively with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver coordinated and efficient design outcomes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop design solutions from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide guidance and support to other designers and technicians, as appropriate.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EContribute to the development and implementation of digital engineering and technology initiatives within HDR’s Brisbane Engineering Practice.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with the development, implementation, and ongoing use of BIM systems aligned with HDR’s global processes and local market requirements.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport innovation and continuous improvement in Design/CAD workflows, tools, and standards.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with the integration of design outputs across platforms and systems to support project delivery.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMaintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all design outputs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EContribute to safety and quality leadership aligned with HDR’s “Drive to Zero” initiative.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport HDR’s inclusive, collaborative culture and represent the business at technical forums where appropriate.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EAbout You%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EMinimum 5 years’ experience in the planning, design, and documentation of highways and civil infrastructure projects.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience delivering projects in accordance with relevant Australian and Queensland design standards (DTMR experience highly regarded).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong capability in 12D and AutoCAD, with experience using 12D Synergy.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience with software such as ProjectWise and Navisworks is advantageous.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECompetent in Microsoft Office and other relevant project software.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EGood interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work within multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EA proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and alignment with HDR’s employee-owned culture and values.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong communication skills and proactive mindset. %26nbsp;%3Cspan style=%22color%5C:white;%22%3E#LI-CG3%3C/span%3E%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cspan style=%22color%5C:white;%22%3E#LI-CG3%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E
