Senior Client Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager based in the United States.

This role is centered on building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients while ensuring consistent delivery of value across managed services engagements.
You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, bridging the gap between clients and internal technical and operational teams.
The position combines proactive account management, escalation handling, and strategic advisory responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders to align technology services with business goals and optimize both performance and spend.
The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to client success.
You will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell potential within existing accounts.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of client success for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring strong service delivery, issue resolution, and long-term relationship growth. You will balance reactive support with proactive strategic engagement to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

  • Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned accounts, managing escalations, major incidents, and service delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to resolve client concerns and ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Develop and maintain long-term account plans, including technology roadmaps and structured business reviews.
  • Engage regularly with executive stakeholders to communicate value, performance, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage contract renewals, retention processes, and financial performance of assigned accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client goals and evolving needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery excellence, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of client experience.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in client-facing technical or managed services environments, with the ability to balance relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic advisory responsibilities. You are comfortable engaging with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.

    • 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or managed services roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
    • Strong experience managing client relationships, escalations, and service delivery coordination.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience conducting executive business reviews, account planning, or KPI reporting.
    • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
