Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS)

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer focused on AWS to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in building and maintaining robust cloud environments to support business growth. You will work closely with various teams to ensure infrastructure solutions are efficient, reliable, and secure. Responsibilities Design and build cloud architectures tailored to project requirements Automate deployment and management processes for cloud applications Oversee system health and resolve technical issues to maintain uptime Partner with development and operations teams throughout the application lifecycle Support and enhance container management systems Implement and uphold security standards within cloud platforms Create and update infrastructure as code for repeatable deployments Share expertise and support the professional development of team members Prepare and maintain technical documentation for internal use Requirements At least 3 years of practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Skilled in using container platforms like Docker Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, or Apache Mesos Proficient in scripting languages including Python and Bash for automation tasks Strong foundation in Linux administration Experience with CI/CD solutions like Jenkins, Atlassian Bamboo, or GitLab CI Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle RDBMS and MySQL Understanding of Windows administration Advanced knowledge of infrastructure as code tools including Terraform and AWS CloudFormation Experience with configuration management systems like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack Strong English communication skills at B2+ level or above, both written and spoken Nice to have AWS certifications that validate advanced skills in cloud technologies
