Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Community Care Centre
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
- Oversee care and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Work closely with rehabilitation teams to develop and implement effective care plans and programmes
Business Development & Programme Growth
- Develop and promote community care, day care, and home care programmes
- Drive client acquisition through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders
Quality, Compliance & Improvement
- Manage client enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incident resolution
- Monitor clinical and service quality indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting data
Community Engagement
- Lead community engagement projects and initiatives
- Support the organisation's growth plans through service innovation and programme development
Requirements
- Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Management, or related qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a community care, eldercare, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting
- At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience managing operations, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
- Customer-focused with a passion for senior care and service excellence
