We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Lead to oversee and manage construction projects in Riyadh. This role is critical to ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest standards of structural integrity, delivered on time, and strictly within the 30,000 SAR budget constraints. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in structural engineering, proven leadership in managing site teams and subcontractors, and a relentless commitment to safety and compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

Job Purpose

To lead and oversee construction projects in Riyadh, ensuring structural integrity, timely delivery, and strict budget compliance within 30,000 SAR constraints, while achieving zero safety incidents and optimizing resource utilization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget limits.
  • Supervise and inspect all on-site construction activities to ensure structural integrity and compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
  • Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Implement cost control measures to reduce material waste and prevent budget overruns.
  • Utilize project management software (Primavera, MS Project) to plan, schedule, and track project progress.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols to achieve zero safety incidents on site.
  • Review and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Apply problem-solving skills under pressure to address on-site challenges and delays.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, budget, and risk assessments.
