Senior Consultant, Demand Integrations
Cint is looking for a Senior Consultant for our Demand Integrations Team, focussing on Cint built integrations and custom solutions, reporting directly into our global lead. This is a senior role, supporting selected high profile customers across the globe, working closely with our internal engineering team and coordinating with internal stakeholders across various departments.
The Senior Consultant will have their own portfolio of global customers, offering them a white glove service. Key for these customers will be to onboard them to Cint’s APIs in a smooth and efficient way and once the integration is live, continue to help customers optimize it to meet Cint’s success metrics.
The Demand Integrations team's mission is to support our customers with technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.
As a Senior Consultant, Demand Integrations, you will be responsible for the success of new and existing integrations and/or custom solutions, the successful roll out of new integrations and the consistent optimization of all solutions in your portfolio.
Additional metrics for every Senior Consultant are the health of the customer’s integration, the growth of the customer, and the speed to launch for every new customer.
The Senior Consultant works closely with the Demand Integration Engineers, Customers Success teams, Account Management teams and also the stakeholders on our R&D team while also aligning globally with their EMEA/APAC counterparts.

The Team
The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall R&D Organisation. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams.
We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard.
The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally. Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India. Our team supports three main areas: Cint’s Marketplaces, Measurement and Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.
What You Will Do
Strategic Customer Lifecycle Management
End-to-End Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical consultation to high-profile global partners throughout all phases of the integration lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-launch optimization.
White-Glove Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for Cint’s APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition that meets specific customer business models and Cint's key success metrics.
Solution Design: Collaborate with internal Engineering and R&D teams to design and implement custom software engineering solutions that develop automated workflows for complex partner needs.
Portfolio Growth: Proactively manage a global client portfolio, acting as a technical liaison to drive the health, performance, and long-term growth of each integration.
Technical Expertise & Optimization
Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring tools (e.g., Omni, Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch) to analyze integration health, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-backed improvements to customers and internal stakeholders.
API Advocacy: Evaluate potential new customers’ API documentation to assess integration complexity and provide internal guidance to engineering teams.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend internal API improvements and feature requests based on customer feedback, acting as a vital bridge between customer needs and product development.
Custom Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality internal and external documentation, including custom integration guides and guidance for internal engineers.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact and escalation point for internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) and external customer tech teams.
Workflow Optimization: Support the development and rollout of standardized team processes, such as project scoping, ticketing system establishment, and formal project handover procedures.
Mentoring & Role Modeling: Act as a role model for a solution-oriented mindset, providing mentoring to team members and encouraging a hand-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Product Input: Assist in defining product direction for initiatives like the Integration Portal and provide knowledge-sharing materials (FAQs) to improve overall team efficiency.
Technical experience relating to REST APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrations
Experience in direct customer comms
Experience with onboarding customers to a tech solution and being aware of a customer life cycle beyond the onboarding process
Metrics and logs analysis in terms of customer problem solving
Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods
Strong communicator and flexible team player
Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor’s degree. (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred) or equivalent technical experience
Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go)
Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure
Additional Language skills beyond English
