Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Lead system integration testing (SIT/UAT) and oversee overall test governance for S/4HANA projects.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across modules and interfaces.
- Manage progress tracking, issue resolution, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Serve as the key coordinator between business teams, functional groups, and vendors.
- Support planning and execution of cutover and migration activities.
- Provide PMO support, including governance, risk management, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP System Implementation PMO
- Strong experience working on ERP or S/4HANA projects.
- Strong background in integration testing or UAT coordination.
- Proven experience in PMO activities and stakeholder management within system implementation projects.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or JLPT N2) is a MUST have for liaising with Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and regional teams.
